Lenco van der Weel (1950-2022), retired army officer, had a long time passion for fortifications and German bunkers in particular. In 2001 Arthur and Lenco decided to join forces and combine their two websites into the biggest website about German bunkers on the internet. Lenco battled a muscular disease for over 20 years. He lost the fight in 2022. We will dearly miss him.

In July 2010 we visited the areas Pontrieux and Morlaix. The additions came in three steps. Here is the final update. New are the coastal area of Pontrieux, the radar site Pfauenauge, the inland batteries in the Pontrieux area, the airfield in Morlaix and a special item explaining the aiming instructions found in the batteries.
