The bunker served as a Battalion headquarters in the KVA A3 sector. Due to the constant moving of troops, different staffs used the bunker during the war. It's located on the grounds of an hotel so ask permission first before visiting. The outside has a fine camouflage now.
The doors have their original labels. Here for the commander and his aid.
Obvious.
During the war the numbering in and around Oostende was changed. Hard to figure out.
This door however has a sharp number.
A 117 has fine corridors.
The inside of the bunker is well preserved.
