Stützpunkt Vorupør

Stützpunkt Vorupør consists of two parts being the 1. Stellung at the fisher's harbour in Vorupør which protected this easy access to land. South of the village the Luftwaffe built a Wassermann S radar site. Although not part of the Stützpunkt we include the village of Stenbjerg which is a five minute drive from Vorupør. Here, a measuring post for the 38cm battery of Hanstholm was built.
