Kreuzberg

Gi 302 was a coastal battery manned by the navy. It is also known as the battery Le Verdon. The supporting bunkers are mostly built in Vf. A 638, Fl246 and a Fl277 were planned or under construction. There is not much to see as most bunkers have vanished in the dunes. The armament was the 7,5 cm FK231-C/97 (f), so a gun of French origine.

The railroadtrack was used for transport during constructing the bunkers.
