Talhouët

This is Lo 070. In the summer of 2006 the bunkerteam was not able to find any remains in this wilderness. So we present the results of the expedition made by Jörg Poweleit and his team in 2005. This battery was manned by 818 MFlA until December 1943. The men and the guns (3 x 12,8) were transferred to Hela, Gotenhafen. The site was partly abandoned.

1944 ?, yes, Lorient was surrounded by the allies, but they left the Festung alone. The German surrender was on May 8 1945 when the war in Europe was over.
