Batterie Heinrich

The Stp designation is N 57 at Carrière de Rouallais. This is for sure one of the finest inland batteries we have ever seen. A textbook battery with gun casemates, crew bunkers, ammunition stores and a battery commander.

In all bunkers "Wellblech" steel parts were used as shuttering for the ceilings. All 502 bunkers have provisions for a third airfilter.

We doubt if the drawing is German made. Unfortunately it's been sprayed over with graffiti at least since 2010.
