Located on the less vulnerable south western tip of the peninsula, a less heavy turret was thought to be sufficient.
It covered the entrance to the underground tunnels. This bunker was a stand alone.
The enemy side was heavily damaged with several penetrations.
The other side of this 12cm thick turret is untouched.
